An old English cooking apple. Good cropper, will produce large, sharp, but sweet juicy bright green fruits. Will thrive in colder, wetter areas than most other apple varieties. Has some disease resistance.

This variety is a good pollinator for other varieties.
Apple trees should be spaced according to their rootstock, M26 (semi-dwarf) rootstock requires approximately 3m(10ft) between trees.
Soak the ground where you are planting the tree prior to planting and ensure you keep it well-watered.
