These apples have a typical Pearmain shape. Orange flushed with attractive lenticel spots and red-brown smooth skin. The flesh is cream, juicy and crisp when eaten fresh, later it can become drier but tender.  A rich, aromatic, nutty flavour; firmly textured. Adam's Pearmain is an excellent keeper and extremely attractive.  A lovely white, pink tipped blossom in the spring and a dark green leaf.
Main flowering time for Adams Pearmain is the first week of May. Fruit will be ready for harvesting in the second week of October.

Planting Instructions

Adam’s Pearmain is in pollination group 3 and is self-fertile so it needs a suitable pollination partner nearby (ideally within 1/2 mile radius). It is not a good pollinator for other apple trees.
Apple trees should be spaced according to their rootstock, M26 (semi-dwarf) rootstock requires approximately 3m(10ft) between trees.
Soak the ground where you are planting the tree prior to planting and ensure you keep it well-watered.
