A beautiful tree renowned for its bright golden pinnate leaves throughout the summer. Young twigs are bright brown and have wine red thorns that,as the tree grows, will turn brown. Pendent clusters of small fragrant pea like white flowers in mid-summer.
Approximate height and spread, after ten years, will be 5m(17ft) by 4m(12ft)
Planting Instructions
Grows in moderately fertile soil, will tolerate poor dry soils.
Position in full sun or dappled shade. If possible shelter from cold winds..
