A beautiful small upright tree renowned for its stunning autumn colours. The magnificent drooping clusters of deep rose-pink berries are closely followed by the purple red and orange of its fiery autumn foliage. The attractive "pinnate" leaves and large heads of creamy-white flowers in spring make this a tree with many seasons of interest.
Size after ten years will be approximately 5m(17ft) tall by 4m(12ft) spread.
Planting Instructions
Rowan trees fare better if planted on a sunny site. They will thrive in most soils.
Soak the planting area prior to planting and keep well-watered afterwards to allow the tree to become established.
