A very attractive crab apple tree grown for its stunning blossom, deep crimson in bud opening to rich purplish red, a mass of colour when in full bloom. Foliage is bronze-purple in summer, fruits in autumn are dark red, small and numerous. A delightful tree for the smaller garden.
All our crab apple trees are grown on semi-dwarf stock which makes them very suitable for small gardens.
Size after ten years, approximately, 4m(12ft) tall by 3m(10ft) across.
Planting Instructions
Suitable for most soil types
Can be planted in full sun or partial shade.
Soak the planting area before planting and ensure it is well waterward afterwards.
