An excellent garden variety, early ripening, compact in growth. The fruits are not large but they are deliciously sweet and juicy, best eaten straight off the tree.
The tree itself is neat and compact in habit, has beautiful clusters of white flowers in the spring and dark green leaves.

Beth is in pollination group 3 and is self-fertile so it needs a suitable pollination partner nearby (ideally within 1/2 mile radius).
Pear trees should be spaced according to their rootstock. Quince A – semi-dwarf rootstock requires approximately 4m(12ft) between trees.
Soak the area where you will be planting this tree and keep the tree well-watered afterwards.
