The tree is compact in habit so perfect for small spaces. Medium sized dark purple fruits that have a light blue bloom and very fine dots on the skin. Flesh is yellow green, not very sweet but quite a good flavour that is delicious when cooked into desserts, jams and cakes,

Self-fertile, but may be planted alongside other plum, damson or gage varieties to ensure best pollination.

Plum trees should be spaced according to their rootstock. St Julien A – semi-dwarf rootstock requires approximately 4m(12ft) between trees.
Soak the area where you will be planting this tree and keep the tree well-watered afterwards.
