A medium sized tree which forms a broadly pyramidal shaped crown. This species is more upright than other Rowans. The attractive feathered foliage is mid-green, turning orange and red in the autumn. Creamy white flowers are produced in spring, followed by clusters of red berries.
Size after ten years will be approximately 5m(17ft) tall by 3m(10ft) spread.
Planting Instructions
Grow in moderately fertile, humus-rich, well-drained soil in full sun or light shade.
Soak the planting area prior to planting and keep well-watered afterwards to allow the tree to become established.
