The Cardinal Royal in many ways is the same tree as the Mountain Ash or Rowan tree, but has a more upright habit. Clusters of spring white blossom smother the tree then give rise to bunches of small glossy red berries.
Size after ten years will be approximately 8m(26ft) tall by 5m(16ft) spread.
Planting Instructions
This tree fares best in a sunny site. Suitable to most soil conditions.
Soak the planting area prior to planting and keep well-watered afterwards to allow the tree to become established.
