An old variety of apple, originating from Scotland, therefore well suited for northerly, colder, wetter areas. Excellent cropper. Skin colour is yellow-green speckled with orange-red striped. Good crisp flavour.
Harvest in September.

This variety is a good pollinator for other varieties.
Apple trees should be spaced according to their rootstock, MM106 is a vigorous grower and requires approximately 4m(12ft) between trees.

Soak the ground where you are planting the tree prior to planting and ensure you keep it well-watered.
